How much is the transportation service from NAIA Terminals 1, 2, 3, or 4?
The cost of pick up and drop off depends on how many passengers, luggages, and the date of appointment. We offer transport for Business or Private Service. Let us know which service you need. You can always get an instant quote from our home page. Just enter all the required information and click submit. The quote will be displayed after you click “quote details.”
What are the methods of payment?
We accept major credit cards (e.g Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discovery, etc), Gcash, Paypal, and Stripe payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances may arise which may change your travel plans. You may cancel any time after confirmed booking, however, you will be charged 100% of the total amount if cancelled within 6 days before your scheduled appointment. A 50% refund will be granted when confirmed booking is cancelled seven (7) days before the scheduled pick-up time. The refund may take up to 10 business days depending on how the payment was received. We don’t offer refund for no shows and late notices. Although, there is no fee for rescheduling your pick-up appointment for up to two times, the schedule of pick up will be based on staff and vehicle availability. You have to let us know 24-hours in advance to reschedule your pick-up otherwise your payment will be forfeited.
How much is the reservation fee?
The reservation is free-of-charge. You only need to submit payment to confirm your pick-up appointment.
What other services are being offered?
We currently service pick up and drop off to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminals. We offer Business Shuttle for business trips and Private Shuttle Van for usual pick-up and drop-off service.
